  • Order approval: All orders are subject to stock availability, payment verification and final confirmation by NovaPuffvape official team.
  • Product information: We strive to keep product descriptions, pictures, parameters and inventory status accurate; slight specification updates may occur without prior notice.
  • Pricing: All product prices are displayed in USD by default unless marked otherwise. Prices are subject to adjustment according to market changes.
  • Wholesale orders: Large bulk orders and OEM customized projects require separate negotiation and written confirmation before packaging and shipment.

Payment

NovaPuffvape supports a variety of secure payment methods according to order type, delivery area and actual situation, including PayPal, credit card payment, bank wire transfer and digital currency settlement.
  • Full payment shall be completed before order processing, unless a special cooperation agreement is signed in advance.
  • All payment procedures are processed through certified third-party channels or official designated payment instructions.
  • NovaPuffvape will not store your complete bank card data or sensitive payment information on any server.

Shipping

  • Preparation time: Standard orders will be sorted and packaged within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery time: International delivery normally takes 7–14 working days, affected by destination country, logistics route, customs clearance efficiency and carrier arrangement.
  • Shipping fees: Freight cost is calculated automatically based on order weight, volume, delivery address and selected logistics method.
  • Tracking: Once dispatched, we will provide the tracking number for you to monitor the whole delivery process online.

Order Status

  • Pending: Order submitted, waiting for payment completion or manual review.
  • On hold: Order suspended, waiting for stock check, payment confirmation or supplementary customer information.
  • Processing: Goods are being sorted, packaged and arranged for outbound delivery.
  • Shipped: Parcel has been handed over to the international logistics provider.
  • Completed: Goods successfully delivered and the order is marked as finished.

Returns and Exchanges

If you receive defective, damaged or inconsistent goods, please contact our support team promptly with order number, product photos, unboxing videos and other valid proof for official verification.
  • Any return or exchange application must obtain official approval from NovaPuffvape before you send back the parcel.
  • Products must remain unopened, unused and kept in original intact packaging, except for quality problems or transit damage.
  • Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment channel as far as possible.
  • Custom OEM, private label and large wholesale orders do not support standard return and exchange unless extra written agreement is reached.
